Hi there, I'm Parker!

I'm an undergraduate Computer Science student at Arizona State University.
Previously, I researched advanced meditation at Harvard Med School's Meditation Research Program.
Before that, I worked in sports marketing, starting at age 15. I founded and sold a volleyball media business, managed social media for Volleyball World's 15m+ follower brand, and did freelance video editing for Olympians like Kerri Walsh Jennings and Phil Dalhausser.
I'm interested in software engineering, mindfulness meditation, epistemology, memory systems, philosophy, sociology, and everything. The blogs I read most are Commoncog and Marginal Revolution. In addition to Cedric Chin and Tyler Cowen, key intellectual influences of mine include Romeo Stevens, Andy Matuschak, Paul Graham, Sam Altman, Gwern, Nick Cammarata, Samo Burja, Alex Guzey, Joe Hudson, and Zvi Mowshowitz.
Feel free to say hi at parconley@gmail.com, through Twitter/X DMs, or by booking a time to chat. I also appreciate anonymous feedback.

This website was built with Ghost, using the Journal theme. I have Andrew Conner's website to thank for most of the inspiration for my site's design; other influences include Gavin Leech's, Saul Munn's, Tyler Streeter's, Gwern's, Nabeel S. Qureshi's, Luke Thorburn's, and Jacob Sansbury's websites.
